| The revamped 2006 British Rally Championship will blast off with the 30th running of the Pirelli International Rally, the Carlisle based event giving the championship just the launching pad it needs with it’s high profile City Centre Start outside Carlisle’s picturesque Old Town Hall and the fabulous “P-Zero” Spectator Stage providing a spectacular opening round of the United Kingdom’s top rally series.
